Ava Overload...or The Blonde That Ate All My Children

She's everywhere. Scenes with that hotness that is Jonathan? Check. Scenes with JR? Check. Scenes with Fusion? Check. Scenes with the Montgomery clan? Check. As JR would say...."She's a once-in-a lifetime hot commodity...." She is.......

Levin Ramblin is really talented. I'm not trying to take anything away from her....but I just CANNOT STAND Ava. I think she is the single most annoying and useless character in daytime television. She actually makes me miss Babe. Terrifying, I know.

And do you really expect me to believe that AVA is the hottest thing to hit Pine Valley since children in peril? Levin is a pretty girl, but I don't see someone so young as this hot and sexy model/actress wanna-be. How in the hell was someone like Amanda overlooked as the face of Fusion? I know Levin is the writers' favorite, being young and blonde, and all, but COME ON. We want to see Amanda! We LIKE Amanda. We want to see Amanda with the storyline and the guy....not some snotty tramp who cuts her hair into a mohawk just because. AMANDA! NOT AVA! A-M-A-N-D-A.

And speaking of.....I watch America's Next Top Model, and I know high fashion is sometimes considered....different...but Tyra Banks Ava is not. I do not see the appeal of Ava hawking make-up. At all. Lily, yes. Ava, no. Maybe when prostitution chic is ever in style (which I doubt), I will see things more clearly, but until then....no.

I could go on for pages and pages....but I will stop myself before I get a headache. All in all....I totally cannot root for a sarcastic, self-centered slut like Ava. There are things I'd rather do...like bathe in sewer water, or stick my hand into a beehive. And I'm sick of characters who are way more watchable than Ava being used solely to prop this disaster. So Levin, I beg you, dye your hair brown.....TPTB just love brunettes. (wink, wink)-JABC
